COMPANY FOUNDATION

Founded by four professionals of diverse backgrounds who dedicated themselves to opening & growing a start-up project in the Financial Industry, We-TC Cash Express.

COMPANY PROGRESSION AND EXPANSION ​

◆ Open We-TC Quick Loan Co., Ltd, as a Private Limited Company; and assigned Mr. LEU Phearun to be the CEO of the company responsible for executing the successful growth of the business.

◆ Nominated and assigned Mr. HAI Veha to be the CEO of We-TC Cash Express as a Sole Proprietorship Company responsible for the introduction of a leading pawnshop company in Siem Reap province & executing the successful growth & visibility of the business.

COMPANY MERGED​

◆ Company Merged We-TC Quick Loan Co., Ltd; We-TC Cash Express was merged and Mr. HAI Veha was appointed as CEO of the Project.

◆ While Mr. HAI Veha retained his position as the CEO of the project, later in 2017, Mr. LEU Phearun was appointed to the Board of Directors.

◆ The Inauguration ceremony was conducted in Siem Reap and attended by Provincial Governor, general guests, and other entrepreneurs in Siem Reap. Later that year the Annual Assembly was conducted in Sihanoukville.

COMPANY GROWTH STAGE ​

◆ Relocated We-TC Quick Loan & We-TC Cash Express to a new accessible & renovated building. – Relocated We-TC Quick Loan Co., ltd to Sihanoukville under our existing CEO.

◆ Conducted the Annual Assembly in Ratanakiri Province; attended by the Chairman of the board of directors, members, management, and all staff with a cheerful celebration of company achievements. ​

PROGRESSION AND CONTINUING GROWTH ​

◆ ​Open a new company subsidiary; We-TC Cash Express-Battambang as a Sole Proprietorship Company.

◆ Formal Grand Opening – We-TC Cash Express, Battambang Branch.

◆ Conducted an Annual Assembly in Sihanoukville with Staff levels now exceeding 100. Issued Certificates and Awards to the Outstanding Staff by BODs and CEO of each project. ​

MAINTAIN AND EXPAND ​​

◆ Relocated We-TC Quick Loan to a new location – renovated for easier access. In a very difficult world climate due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we not only maintained our existing results but actually improved growth & profitability.​

ELEVATE THE COMPANY’S DEVELOPMENT​

◆ Launch We-TC Mobile App.
◆ Launch We-TC Website.
◆ Conducted our Annual Staff Trip to Sihanoukville.
◆ Open New Branch; We-TC Cash Express Kampong Cham as a Sole Proprietorship Company.

EXPANSION – GROWTH​​

◆ Update and revise a new Organization Structure; Master and Operations.
◆ Officially create the Investment T&C and Gain additional Investment partners.
◆ Open New Branch; We-TC Cash Express Pursat as a Sole Proprietorship Company.
◆ Create a New Department – Relations & Evaluation Department at our Head Office.
◆ Open New Branch; We-TC Cash Express Poipet as a Sole Proprietorship Company.
◆ Commence Project Planning for new branches to be opened around Cambodia in accordance with our Vision.

As a licensed Pawnshop in Cambodia, where our branch holds its license separately the same high reporting standards will apply.

As a Licensed business, it is important for us to comply with all Legal & Regulatory requirements & to ensure we run our business to a set of very high standards. It is critical that tasks such as Government reports, reporting income, monthly/yearly tax payments, and other business license requirements are completed diligently & on time.
